Now there's a well dressed man. I do like the suit jacket/no shirt look, Simon- you might just be starting a new trend here.

Hehheh, you do look like you were getting ready to smash up the place as effectively as Arnold in those movies.

But I have to agree with Anne-Marie. Not that I'm shallow but I like to see bands well-dressed on stage.

Hey Simon - rock and roll!

Nice pics and vid of you and the guys down at Bray yesterday -lunch first was it then?!?!?! Where did you eat?

Bray's only 3 miles or so from me so I'm tempted to come down but that would make me look like an obsessed freaky type of fan so I shan't but if you boys want to come over for a lunchtime barbie or something just ask!!

Wish me luck as well - gig on Temple Island in Henley tomorrow night - played there year and the boat nearly sank hauling us and the gear over to the Island!!

Have fun

That picture says a lot. Just all the equipment is boggling my brain. Is that an acoustic amp to your left (rightside of photo)?

Great photo, Simon. We are looking forward to all the coming events. I've seen you play with the WHO in 2004, and also on Rachel's ATTIC.

Really heartfelt work you do, just like I also tell Mikey. Your stuff is truly energized, even the songs that are not the faster ones...all are energized from deep inside.

Hi Simon, great to see you're posting again. Love your performances on ITA, and looking forward to seeing you with Casbah Club when you come to the States. I miss seeing you perform solo at Grape Street Pub and Mercury Lounge. Those were some hot shows! But ITA live is an excellent substitute. Cheers!

It's like Christmas all over the place! Another Bruce, an album, lots of EXCELLENT pictures and videos. Wheehee!

I had a listen to Vibrate, I really like it. New site is REALLY well done... give the web designer a bonus! (Looks good, easy to navigate, important information is easiest to get to)

Please tell me you are open to doing some small venues during the North American tour (other than with the Who). You're brother's band is cute and all, :p but Who tickets are a wee bit posh. There is so much energy in your band, I'd love to see it live.

Are you distributing the album any other way than the website? Who do I phone/email/harass to get you radio play?

You look fabulous, as one would expect! (What else can we safely remove from this suit? ... hee hee hee)

Some of the new fans may not have seen this yet and in keeping with the theme... what began out of practicality (a hot muggy night in NY) may have now set a precedent - Pete smashed up guitars... Simon takes off his clothes! People will be asking - yeah I heard it was a great show but did he take his jacket off? :0)

Press me if you dare!

Good luck for the weekend Si - going to be great. I'll be watching you guys in Leeds on the web on Sat and be there in person on SUnday night in Brighton. It's gonna be like Quadrophenia (well sort of!!!). Give me that shout if you can!! (he he).

Anyway good luck and have fun - got a gig of mine on Friday night in the City for 500 pissed bankers!!!

Can't wait to hear the new stuff from Casbah Club. You'll have an album/EP out in the fall?

3:05 PM
Blogger Luis Adolfo said...

Are you goin to be able to sing a Who song on the live WHO setlist? How about The Dirty Jobs from Quadrophenia? Can you persuade Pete not to play Drowned but instead Goin Mobile? He has to remember that The Who 70s and 80 s fans bought the albums not the singles. When are your cds Moving Target and Sweet Sound be released on cds? IT IS ABOUT TIME
The best of luck in this new deserve it. Hope to see you in Madrid or Barcelona. I will fly from Panama to Spain to see the bands play. Hope Roger will preseve his voice in good condition...since the tour dates are continous........not a day to rest!!!!!!!!!!!

Rehersals with The Who on ITA sounded great Simon! What a treat to preview a few of the new songs. Feww! that's a lot of new material to learn all at once. Not too many would be able to pull it off... but then you are The Simonator!!!

Sending lots of good mojo music vibes to ya, CC and The Who!

Great show today Si....Especially good to see you in the rehearsal videos. Everything sounded fantastic. REALLY hoping for a stop in Denver when you guys get over to the U.S.

I'm pretty sure I NEED a t-shirt like the one you wore today. Very simple, yet very powerful. I've looked on Pete's sites....are there any available anywhere?

Looking forward to regular updates from all when the tour gets in full swing. I'm really excited for you guys!!

Have fun and stay safe...
