Hi folks! I'm back! After 1 year, 10 months, 6 days, 5 hours, 17 minutes and 22 seconds at last my official website is back. I have some very special people to thank for this; Bob Kowalski, Bill Bedzyk and Kathy Van Tassell. These three I will hold personally responsible for all the added work coming my way updating the site and answering the thousands (possibly millions) of emails that I'm going to have to sift laboriously through over the next few years. But seriously, they have done this for me through the love of my music and nothing else. They are investing their own time and money getting me back in the public domain because they are genuine friends and fans. For that I am truly grateful. Here is the link:

Also, I would like to wish my mother a very happy 82nd birthday! We are going out for an early evening celebration, perhaps afterwards I'll take her with me to tonights 'In The Attic', see if we can get her singing. If not I'll sing a song for her. Bye for now!

Big ups for the new site. It looks awesome.

Sorry the video clips came out a little shoddy. I'm gonna go back to the original tape (rather than converting the ripped files) and see if I can improve the video quality. As far as the sound goes.....not much I can do with that :-(

Looking forward to hearing the CD and seeing more live shows.

A really great looking site. Both stylish and well-functioning. A lot of websites you see may look good but aren't at all practical and functioning.

Happy birthday to your mother!

Great to hear Comeback again on In The Attic

I checked out your website during In the Attice this afternoon (this evening for you) I have all ready added it to my favorites. Normally I do not get to watch the attic live because I work a 12 on Wednesdays but today I was able to. Of course the kids were neglected for 2 hours today, I just threw a pile of candy, cookies, juice boxes and matches (just kidding)in the middle of the floor and let them have at it for two hours. No harm done! Another great show, I may even take off from work next Wednesday, is that too extreme?

Visited your website while at work and couldn't wait to get home to listen to your music...(stupid office computer no sound card) Oh! I'm so excited! It's fabulous! I've been listening to I'm The Answer again and again. No, I can't get enough...

I came home late and missed Comeback in the Attic aaaaaargh! I'm sure I'll catch it on loop sometime during the weekend:-)

Got to go, early call tomorrow

Wonderful playing on The Attic today! Although we missed your appearance in the Chat! Thanks for the shout out, very sweet! I didn't know you are an ABBA fan. I love ABBA, my Dad's fault as he is Swedish!

What songs are you going to be playing for your tour coming up? Do you have a line up yet?

Good evening, Simon! Your CD "simontownshendis" arrived from, and I am listening to it for the very first time right now.

I became a fan from "In the Attic" and finally I have a CD to enjoy over and over. I think you've gained some diehard fans from your attic adventures.

Hope tonight's show went well; I didn't catch you live, and it's not on loop yet. Can't wait!

Thanks for getting the website back on line, for those that don't know, you can purchase 5 of Simon's cd's there including the brilliant Simontownshendis, go get it if you don't already have it folks, you won't be disappointed.

I saw you with Casbah Club in Stourbridge earlier this year, a great show Simon, thank you :-), I have even purchased tickets for Status Quo in Birmingham just to see the support band (sad git aren’t I?....LOL) I am certain we will see another great show, please don't cancel!!! I believe a lot of folks have purchased tickets mainly for the Casbah Club, might be a littler strange to see such a vociferous support for the support!!!!

Looking forward to 2006 and you touring with The Who, lots of talk of US shows, please don't forget us over here in England, we need new Who brew too you know :)

Happy belated birthday to your Mom, Betty too, hope you all enjoyed your meal.

See you soon.

Hi Simon,

Glad your official site is back :-). I've been looking forward to it a lot!

I love your music. I went to see your gig at 100 club in Aug, and I really enjoyed it (Was I an only Japanese girl there?). Are you going to release an album with The Casbah Club? Do you have any plan to have a contract with Japanese record company? I hope you can come and play here, in Japan. I'd really like my friends to see you playing live!

Happy Birthday Mrs Townshend!

Great that you've got your site back up and running.

Did you have a good one on 'in the attic' last night? we had a gig in wimbledon so I couldn't watch it. I'll try and catch one of the re-runs over the weekend. It was a bit controversial by the sounds of things?!

Our next London gig is on Saturday 26th November at our favourite haunt, The Halfmoon in Putney. We've got gigs in Leicester and Manchester before then. Should be good. Looking forward to them.

Glad to see your website is up and running - thank you so much for the downloads.
Love your music - I really love the remake of I'm the Answer!
I even bought your latest cd on Amazon.
So all this hoopla really works after all!
I'll buy the rest eventually - then you can sign them for me when you come to Cali!
See ya-
Take care,

Casbah Club going well? I asked last week about the situation and have not had a post response - No Bruce W now so that means no twin guitar attack!! To me that was the major plus point of this incarnation of CC compared against the previous with JJ Gilmour!! No new album yet and no news of line-up for the Quo tour.
What's happening, someone, please??????????
